1.Air Conveyor
Adopt air conveyor system with high efficient filter to feed bottle, this can keep the inside of the filling machine clean.
With bottle neck holding in the whole course and protect bottle block device.
The bottle feeding method with the air duct and the bottle feeding wheel directly connected.
The transition dial adopts a bottle-mouth stainless steel dial.
2.Washing Part
The rotary wheel is a fully stainless steel welded structure.
All sliding bushes of lifting device use Igus (Germany) anti-corrosion maintenance free bearing.
The riser is driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via gear transmission.
The high efficiency atomizing spay nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water.
3.Filling Part
Rotary wheel fully made of stainless steel SUS 304.
Filling valves are made of SUS316L.
Filling valves are reasonably structured with accurate filling.
Bottles go up and down in the function of cam through elevator, to process filling with contact to bottle-mouth.
Level of cylinder is controlled with float-ball.
Filler is driven through gears inside the machine frame.
4.Capping Part
Efficient centrifugal cap sorting method, with less cap abrasion.
The cap-dropping rail is equipped with a mechanism for preventing the reverse cap from passing through and removing the cap. When there is no cap on the cap-dropping rail, the machine will automatically stop running, which can effectively avoid the appearance of uncapped bottles.
The cap sorting device is equipped with a cap missing detection mechanism, which is used to control the start and stop of the bottle cap elevator.
Magnetic constant torque capping head, the capping effect is stable and reliable, and the capping defective rate is less than 0.2%.
