4.Performance Features

1. The photoelectric switch automatically detects the entering of bottles and the label is fed automatically.

2. The label driving roller automatically feeds the label through the encoder and photoelectric signal, and the label is always in a tightened state.

3. The equipment is fully automatic and does not require special care.

4. It is provided with the label detection function and has the alarm function when the label roll is finished.

5. The product detection sensor adopts SICK high-speed electric eye from Germany.

6. It has a product detection sensor adjustment bracket to realize rapid adjustment of detection points.

7. It cuts labels in advance using a single or double cutter, transfers labels to the pre-labeling position through a vacuum drum, and then glues labels. The label is smoothly adhered to the surface of the bottle.

8. The feeding system uses a continuous feeding method to achieve a faster and more stable labeling.

9. The whole machine adopts intelligent oil injecting lubrication system, which makes the transmission efficient and the transmission parts such as bearings have longer service life.

Independent electrical control cabinet:

It is waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, and also equipped with independent air-conditioner for heat dissipation, so as to adapt to more working environments and to better protect the equipment and ensure electrical safety.

Hot melt glue labeling station:

1.It uses independent servo motor to unwind the label, the automatic deviation corrector and independent servo roller cooperates to feed the label and keep the cutting accuracy within 1mm.The label suction vacuum drum is controlled by independent servo motor, and self-developed gluing system and vacuum drum perfectly work together to ensure labeling accuracy, and electric lifting operation is convenient and time-saving.

2. The equipment runs in automatic mode. The frequency converter adjusts the speed according to the amount of bottle, and the default setting is no labeling with no bottles, no gluing with no labels.

Deviation corrector:

The automatic deviation corrector works with the independent servo label roller to keep the labeling accuracy within 0.3mm, and the label tilt angle less than 1°, ensuring the stability of cutting labels.

Vacuum cutter drum:

The cutting knife adopts special material from Germany, which is very durable and wear-proof. In addition, we are the first in China to adopt the constant temperature cooling function so that the cutter can operate at high speed without getting hot, so as to extend the service life. It also ensures that the labeling failure rate is below 1/10,000.

Vacuum label suction drum and suction block:

Controlled by independent servo motor, the vacuum drum and the cutter drum coordinate smoothly during transition. The advanced internal vacuum circuit design of the drum ensures stable label suction and eliminates the phenomenon of label falling off. It is also equipped with a label detection function. If the label falls off, it will alarm and shut down.

The one-piece suction block has high precision and completely solves the problem of poor seam accuracy. It has good flatness and even glue application. The surface is specially treated with non-stick glue to solve the problem of residual glue. The aluminum alloy material is durable and cost-saving, and the labeling effect is more beautiful.

Glue roller:

The honeycomb type roller is used for glue rolling, the thickness of the glue can be adjusted, and the glue coating amount is 1.2-1.6 silk (about 80,000 labels/kg).

The fluid drainage reflux gluing technology is independently developed, without throwing off glue and residual glue. The glue can be recycled to reduce costs, and the non-contact heat source inside the roller can effectively protect the label from being burned. In addition, heat-resistant bearing and heat dissipation materials are used to ensure stable operation.

Scratch-free infeed system:

The traditional infeed screw that would scratch the bottles has been replaced by the scratch-free infeed system.

Block device:

There is an electric eye installed at 3 meters before and after the equipment to detect whether the material of the production line is full. When there is a shortage of material in the front section or jamming bottles in the back section, PLC will immediately control the cylinder to open to stop the bottle after receiving the signal, and the equipment will instantly run from high speed to low speed or in standby hibernation state to save equipment energy consumption. When the electric eye signal is received again, the cylinder block will be closed. The equipment will automatically run from low speed to high speed and requires no manual operation.

Bottle pressing mechanism: 

Three-stage tension spring structure is adopted to ensure vertical lifting, uniform pressure on bottles and high stability. Electric lifting adjustment saves manpower and time.

Bottom mold:

1.It adopts quick disassembly and assembly structure to reduce the time spent in changing bottle types. After the positioning bottom mold is corrected for the first time, you only need to assemble it in order without secondary correction.

2.The bottom mold with mechanical positioning needle rotates for 3 circles to find the positioning slot, so as to achieve accurate fixed-point positioning labeling.

Dual human machine interface:

The main and auxiliary touch screens are both of the Schneider brand. The interfaces and parameters between the two are interconnected to control the equipment. The auxiliary touch screen can be moved to facilitate machine adjustment and use. Personnel do not need to move back and forth, saving machine adjustment time.
